Description

Collaborate with business stakeholders, analyze business requirements, identify suitable Dynamics 365 modules, and design comprehensive solutions including data mapping, workflow automation, customizations, and integrations with other systems. Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles for Dynamics 365 implementations. Configure Dynamics 365 modules, including fields, views, security roles, business rules, and workflows to meet specific client needs. Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications using APIs, connectors, and custom development where necessary. Develop data migration plans, including data cleansing and transformation processes, to successfully transfer data from legacy systems to Dynamics 365. Build prototypes and demonstrations to showcase the potential of Dynamics 365 solutions and validate design concepts with stakeholders. Ensure that the solution meets security and compliance requirements. Collaborate with business users, project managers, and other technical teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate project progress. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to technical problems. 7-10 Years experience with Microsoft Dynamics365. Solid Understanding on the Field Service Module/scheduling in Dynamics. 5-7-year experience in configuration/customization of the Dynamics Field Service Module. 3-4-year experience on PCF custom design on Microsoft Dynamics 365. Proficiency in .NET development, C#, JavaScript, Power Automate, Power Apps, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, Azure DevOps and other relevant technologies for customization and integration. Experience with SAP a plus.
