JOB DESCRIPTION:

Configure Dynamics 365 Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Project Accounting.
Customize workflows, forms, and reports to align with business-specific financial processes.
Conduct user training sessions and workshops to ensure effective adoption of the solution.
Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues.
Lead the D365 Support team to ensure minimal downtime and resolution of service tickets within the defined SLAs
Ensure smooth integration of D365 Finance with other enterprise systems or third-party tools, as required.
