We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Architect to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is based in Ontario, and focuses on driving digital transformation within the public sector. • Design and implement robust solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to meet public sector needs.
• Provide expert advice on best practices for configuring and extending Dynamics 365 to enhance user experiences.
• Deliver engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to educate clients on Dynamics 365 functionalities.
• Lead as a senior technical resource, collaborating with various levels of municipal government.
• Manage escalations and optimize licensing strategies in alignment with the latest Microsoft updates.
• Partner with clients to align business objectives and deliver tailored, customer-centric solutions.
• Create and present demos and proof-of-concepts to illustrate future-state solutions and engage stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and Microsoft partners to ensure successful implementations.
• Serve as the Technical Lead on large-scale Dynamics 365 projects, including Customer Service and Case Management modules.
• Mentor technical teams, providing guidance on best practices and solution optimizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules and Power Platform.
• Strong background in public sector initiatives and digital transformation projects.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex deployments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools such as Microsoft Copilot and AI Builder.
• Deep understanding of licensing models and optimization strategies.
• Expertise in cloud technologies, CRM, ERP, enterprise architecture, and data warehousing.
