As an Incident Manager within our Managed Services practice, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to facilitate seamless operations and availability for clients. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems, confirming the smooth functioning of networks, servers, and data centers to minimize downtime and enhance performance. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will leverage team strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations, while embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, using the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the skills of team members. Addressing conflicts or issues, you will engage in conversations with clients, team members, and stakeholders, escalating where appropriate, all while upholding professional and technical standards.
