As an Incident Manager - Senior Associate within our Managed Services practice, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to facilitate seamless operations and availability for clients. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems, confirming the smooth functioning of networks, servers, and data centers. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others.
