FULL-TIME POSITION AVAILABLE: 09/22/25 - 03/31/26

Lawrence Township BOE is seeking a Long-Term Substitute Middle School Math Teacher for a Maternity Leave at Myron L. Powell School from approximately 9/22/25 through 3/31/26. Certification with a middle school math endorsement from the State of NJ is preferred.
Myron L. Powell School enrolls students Grades PK through 8.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate and Subject Area Endorsement or eligibility
• Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of subject area specialty and effective teaching methods
• Experience in public school setting (preferably middle school
• Understanding of child and adolescent development
• Ability to maintain a positive learning environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
