This is a remote position. Overview We are looking for a skilled MS Power Platform Specialist with strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to support, enhance, and maintain internal business systems. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, troubleshoot issues, optimize system design, and translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Job Highlights Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours per week (Part-Time) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Pacific Time Work Arrangement: Work from home Contract: Independent Contractor Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, the selected candidate must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. Professional fees are paid hourly and will depend on performance throughout the application process. Responsibilities Power Apps Development & Maintenance Maintain and enhance an existing custom Power Apps application Transition a proof-of-concept into a stable production tool Troubleshoot bugs and improve architecture Enhance reliability, performance, and UI/UX design Implement new features and improvements Prepare thorough technical documentation Power Automate (Flow) Management Maintain and upgrade several existing automated flows Add error handling, structured logic, and professional workflow improvements Develop new flows to automate manual or recurring tasks Integrate flows with third-party apps and APIs Maintain documentation and version control Power BI Reporting & Dashboards Maintain existing dashboards, datasets, and refresh schedules Develop new reports based on business requirements Build data models, DAX measures, and calculated fields Clean and transform data from ERP, CRM, Dataverse, and spreadsheets Troubleshoot refresh or connection issues Collaborate with stakeholders to refine reporting needs Excel & Data Analysis (As Time Allows) Clean, transform, and analyze operational data Build advanced Excel models (pivot tables, lookups, functions) Support KPI and monthly reporting Improve data quality and consistency Website Support (As Time Allows) Update website content and product descriptions Maintain product details, pricing, and related information Requirements General Expectations Strong communication skills, able to translate business needs into technical solutions Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong problem solver Works independently with minimal supervision Organized with strong documentation habits Proactive in suggesting improvements and optimizations Required Experience Proven experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling) Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft ecosystem tools Experience building scalable data workflows, automations, and dashboards Independent Contractor Perks Permanent Work from Home Immediate Hiring Steady Freelance Job Reminder Apply directly through the link provided; you will be redirected to BruntWork’s Career Site.
