Description

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing surge cycle processes at Zensar Technologies. They will be responsible for analyzing current processes, identifying automation opportunities, and designing an integrated solution using Microsoft Power Platform. This solution will streamline surge request management, approvals, and tracking, while also ensuring compliance and control through segregation of duties and audit trails. The candidate will also develop real-time Power BI dashboards for monitoring surge deployments and performance, and integrate the solution with corporate systems where feasible.
