KCG is seeking a MS Power Platform Specialist to join our team. Job description: Technical Lead in the gathering of requirements, analysis, process improvement, development, and implementation of technical business solutions. The Technical Lead will advise the Navy client, as well as junior developers, on the recreation and testing of existing NAVIFOR portals, to include automated business solutions, sites, pages, and workflows into the cloud. Requirements Requirements: Secret clearance Degree: Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related discipline. Must have 5+ years of hands-on data science and visualization experience in multiple platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) in support of government clients. Must have 2+ years of experience developing and designing in Office 365 (O365) and Microsoft Power Platform business solutions to include Power Apps, Power Automate, Flow, DataVerse, and Power BI. Other abilities that are needed: Designing Applications: Providing design and technical support, assistance, and training for data management, analysis, interoperability, database/dashboard design and development, data standardization and maintenance. Creating applications with user-friendly interfaces using Power Apps, which allows for low-code development. Building Workflows and Automation: Implementing automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate, enabling smoother operations. Data Management and Integration: Managing and integrating data from various sources using Power BI and Power Query, ensuring seamless data flow across systems. Compliance and Security: Adhering to organizational policies and ensuring security and compliance within the solutions created. Stakeholder Requirements Analysis: Collaborating with business analysts, end-users, and other stakeholders to gather, clarify, and translate business requirements into effective solutions. Using Power FX: Crafting formulas to enable complex functions and logic within the applications, as per the business requirements.
