We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise technology projects involving Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and cloud integrations. The ideal candidate is well-versed in technical concepts, understands enterprise solution architecture, and is confident in managing both client-facing and technical delivery aspects. Key Responsibilities ● Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality goals are met ● Translate business and technical requirements into actionable delivery plans ● Coordinate across cross-functional teams including solution architects, developers, functional consultants, testers, and infrastructure leads ● Manage solution delivery for platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Azure services ● Oversee technical solution design, data migration, API integrations, and custom development efforts ● Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the SDLC ● Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and demos ● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide regular status reports ● Ensure technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment plans are delivered and maintained Required Qualifications ● 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Delivery Lead in enterprise software projects ● Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform architecture and capabilities ● Experience overseeing projects involving: ○ Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) ○ Power Automate (workflow automation and approvals) ○ Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and integrations ○ Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, and data migration tools ● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and cloud deployment methodologies ● Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Teams) ● Solid grasp of QA lifecycle, release management, and UAT coordination ● Excellent verbal, written, and client-facing communication skills ● Advanced knowledge of English language Expectations ● The consultant must not engage in other client work during business hours or the full duration of this role Preferred Qualifications ● Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-900, MB-910, AZ-900) ● PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification ● Experience with public sector or nonprofit projects is a plus 🚀 Work with global brands and disruptive startups. 🏡 Remote / home office. 📍 If a hybrid or on-site modality is required, you’ll be informed from the first session. ⏳ Work schedule aligned to the assigned project team. 📅 Monday to Friday work week. ⚖️ Legal benefits (applicable in Mexico). 🎉 Birthday day off. 🏥 Major medical insurance (Mexico). 🛡️ Life insurance (Mexico). 🌎 Multicultural teams. 🎓 Access to training courses and certifications. 📢 Meetups with special guests from the IT industry. 📡 Virtual team-building events and interest groups. 📢 English classes. 🏆 Opportunities across our business lines. 🏅 Proudly certified as a Great Place to Work
