Description
   Residential/ Support Staff - Part Time   Schedule:  * Sunday - Tuesday  * Days and evening shifts   Location: Mill Spring, NC   Benefits:  * Retirement Plan with company match * Free Meals on shift   Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour    Responsibilities * Helps lead recreational, social, and cultural activities * Encourages participation and can facilitate other activities as needed for residents who aren’t participating in the planned activities * Support residents in their recovery plans and goals * Fill in for our Lodge Advisors as needed * Provides support in crisis management * Completing documentation   * Assists with procedures such as urine drug screens, breathalyzer, and medication administration  * Transports and accompanies residents on community-based trips, outings, reactional, social, and cultural activities   Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience working with adults with mental health challenges * At least 21 years of age, current driver’s license, and acceptable driving record to be covered by company insurance   *CooperRiis is an equal opportunity employer.  We value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.   CooperRiis is a therapeutic healing community located in Mill Spring.
