OSS Engineer responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Operations Support Systems to ensure efficient network and service management. System Management: Design, deploy, configure, and maintain OSS platforms for network monitoring, fault management, performance management, and service assurance. Integration: Integrate various network elements and IT systems with OSS solutions to create a unified operational view. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to OSS applications, databases, and underlying infrastructure. Automation: Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline operational processes and improve efficiency.
