SUMMARY

We are looking for an MS Teams Telephony Analyst to join our team! This role will lead the deployment, configuration, and management of enterprise-grade telephony solutions within Microsoft Teams, supporting the full lifecycle of Teams-based voice services.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in telephony or unified communications
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Telephony systems
  • Knowledge of Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and SBCs
  • Familiarity with enterprise telephony architecture and best practices
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in a Microsoft environment

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position

  • Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; an active Top Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deploy and manage Microsoft Teams Phone System across the enterprise
  • Configure and support Direct Routing and Operator Connect solutions
  • Work with Session Border Controllers (SBCs) to enable secure and scalable voice connectivity
  • Design and maintain enterprise telephony architecture within the Teams environment
  • Optimize telephony configurations for performance, reliability, and user experience
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for Microsoft Teams voice-related issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption
  • Monitor telephony performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
  • Maintain documentation of telephony configurations, procedures, and support workflows
