Create lesson plans aligned with applicable standards and student needs, incorporating diverse teaching methods and activities to cater to different learning styles. Instructional delivery. Teach concepts clearly and effectively, utilizing visual aids, technology, and real-world applications to enhance understanding. Student assessment. Regularly monitor student progress through quizzes, tests, projects, and class participation to identify strengths and areas needing additional support. Individualized learning. Provide differentiated instruction to address the diverse needs of students, offering extra help or enrichment activities as required. Classroom management. Maintain a positive and structured learning environment, promoting active participation and student engagement. Requirements Education: A bachelor’s degree in the appropriate subject is required at a minimum; a master’s degree is preferred. Formal classroom teaching experience preferred. Mathematics Required Skills: Strong mathematical knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of mathematical concepts across various levels. Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly explain complex mathematical ideas in an accessible way to students of varying abilities.
