To strengthen our German team, we are looking for MSAT / CPV Consultants Pharma (m/f/d) who are passionate about process validation, manufacturing science and technology, and continuous process verification within GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environments.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of Continued Process Verification (CPV) strategies
• Prepare, review and maintain CPV plans and related documentation
• Analyze manufacturing and process performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate closely with MSAT, Manufacturing, Quality and Validation teams
• Support process validation and lifecycle management activities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process robustness and compliance
• Ensure alignment with GMP requirements and industry best practices

Your Profile

• Degree in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences or a related discipline
• Professional experience in MSAT, Process Validation, CPV or Manufacturing Support within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong understanding of GMP-regulated manufacturing environments
• Experience with process monitoring, data analysis and process performance trending
• Knowledge of sterile manufacturing, biologics or vaccine production is considered an advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Languages

• English: Professional proficiency required
• German: Advantageous
