Description

Key Requirements:

MSc/PhD preferred in Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering or related.
3–8 years’ experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, MSAT or process engineering.
Strong downstream processing experience within biologics.
Hands-on experience with chromatography, filtration and UF/DF.
Experience with process scale-up, technology transfer and process validation.
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
Experience supporting commercial manufacturing and PPQ.
Good understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach to process optimisation.
Fluent English; German advantageous.
