ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced MSK Clinical Lead Physiotherapist to join a reputable healthcare provider in London. This is a fantastic leadership opportunity for a motivated physiotherapist with expertise in Musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions. You will lead a team of physiotherapists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care while also managing your own patient caseload.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage a team of MSK physiotherapists, providing clinical supervision, mentorship, and support.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans for patients with a variety of MSK conditions, including back pain, sports injuries, arthritis, and post-operative rehabilitation.
  • Deliver hands-on physiotherapy interventions, utilizing advanced clinical skills and techniques to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and refine treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical indicators.
  • Ensure that the team adheres to best practices and clinical standards, maintaining the highest levels of patient care.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, clinical audits, and case reviews to drive continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with consultants, GPs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient management.
  • Lead service development initiatives, contributing to the growth and quality of the MSK department.
