Harding Physiotherapy Ltd is a forward thinking, private MSK clinic looking to welcome an additional physio to our super, compact team as we prepare to embark upon an exciting period of expansion. Applications are welcomed for both employed and self employed opportunities.

We are located in rural Cambridgeshire, easily accessible from the A1, A14 and A141 with free onsite parking. Our ethos is strongly centred around staff achieving a great work life balance, whilst enabling the clinic to meet demand for availability from our clients.

This role will suit an enthusiastic physiotherapist with 3+ years of experience, and full current CSP and HCPC registration. You will be confident to work as an independent autonomous practitioner to manage your case load, with supervision and guidance available. Our administrator ensures smooth daily running of the clinic, allowing therapists to focus on providing evidence-based treatment to clients, maintaining notes, professionalism and conduct in line with CSP/HCPC standards and seeing clients through from the start to finish of their rehabilitation journey. We enjoy using all the tools in our physio toolkit, and the idea candidate will have excellent manual therapy and communication skills.

We have a loyal client base, who are highly motivated and compliant with treatment. Our clients are of mixed ages and activity levels, presenting with an interesting range of MSK conditions, coming from self-referral, insurance companies, local GPs and consultants. The ideal candidate will want to embrace treating clients to achieve their individual goals and supporting them along their rehab journey, working in line with the CSP’s MSK service standards.

Harding Physiotherapy will provide you with a CPD budget and time off to attend courses. Regular supervision and appraisals are standard practice for all team members. We offer a competitive salary in return for the skills and expertise our staff bring to the clinic.
