Job Description Project - the aim you'll have As a Delivery Manager, you’ll be dedicated to one of our key clients, a major provider of Private Cloud services. You’ll be responsible for leading delivery teams and ensuring the successful execution of both projects and managed services. At the same time, you’ll play a crucial role in developing the business relationship with clients by identifying growth opportunities and expanding our service scope in areas such as networking, virtualization, OS & Middleware Services (Linux/Windows), automation, cloud native solutions, and observability. Position - how you'll contribute Leading and developing the delivery team working for the client in the Private Cloud domain Building and maintaining strong strategic relationships with client stakeholders Overseeing delivery of projects and managed services, ensuring quality, SLA compliance, and operational excellence Identifying and driving business development opportunities within the client organization (upscaling scope and capabilities) Monitoring project scope, profitability, and margin contribution Managing recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for assigned teams Formal handling of contracts, clauses, and service agreements forming the basis of cooperation with the client Qualifications Expectations - the experience you need 5+ years of experience in delivery or service management roles in cloud or IT infrastructure Proven track record in managing teams and developing business within client accounts Commercial experience in managing profitability, scope, and performance in multinational setups Practical knowledge of ITIL processes, SLA management, and Managed Services operations Business and technical understanding of Private Cloud, networking, virtualization, OS & Middleware Services, automation, cloud native solutions, and observability Fluent English and Polish, both written and spoken Additional skills – the edge you have Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills Ability to connect technical capabilities with business value and growth opportunities Additional Information Our offer – professional development, personal growth: Flexible employment and remote work International projects with leading global clients International business trips Non-corporate atmosphere Language classes Internal & external training Private healthcare and insurance Multisport card Well-being initiatives Position at: Software Mind Poland Additional skills – the edge you have ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM or CSM).
