Description

We are a multi-location chiropractic and healthcare group based in California, expanding into a multidisciplinary model.
We’re building a scalable, compliant MSO (Management Services Organization) to support services including:
- Chiropractic
- Nurse practitioner-led care
- Regenerative therapies (e.g., IVs, shockwave, PRP)
- Functional medicine
- Personal injury (PI)-focused services
We’ve already started implementing several components, but now need a high-level operator who can think clearly, execute with discipline, and solve real problems in context.
This is not a theory or audit role. We’re not looking for slide decks, best-practice critiques, or surface-level strategy. We want someone who can produce results and implement with precision.

Responsibilities

ROLE TYPE:

Fractional / contract
Remote-first (U.S. or global candidates welcome)
Initial paid trial project
Opportunity for 6+ month engagement or expanded role

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will work directly with the founder and internal leadership to implement scalable operations under an MSO-PC structure. This includes building out service line infrastructure, task delineation between MSO and PC entities, hiring recommendations, and internal systems to support growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Define and document the division of labor between MSO and PC across multiple services
  • Build SOPs, oversight protocols, task maps, and operational workflows
  • Align implementation with CPOM-compliant models (we provide legal review as needed)
  • Operationalize new service lines such as IV therapy, functional medicine, regenerative treatments, and PI workflows
  • Draft onboarding documents, hiring scopes, and internal role expectations
  • Build or revise org charts and reporting structures
  • Design systems for accountability and execution clarity
  • Solve real-world problems like: “Our NP wants to launch a lab-based service—how do we structure that compliantly and efficiently?”
