Job Description
CyberArk is seeking a strategic and highly collaborative MSP Channel Specialist to accelerate the growth of our Managed Services Provider (MSP) business through Global System Integrators (GSIs) across EMEA. This role will focus on deepening MSP execution with a select group of high-potential GSI partners, aligning CyberArk’s offerings with their managed security services and recurring revenue models. You will drive execution strategies, build strong partner engagement frameworks, and serve as the GSI MSP subject-matter expert within CyberArk’s broader channel and sales ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in global or strategic MSP partner/channel roles, focused on GSIs or large MSSPs.
  • Proven ability to drive partner-led services growth through recurring/MRR models, ideally within identity or cybersecurity domains.
  • Deep understanding of GSI operating models, sales cycles, and service integration frameworks.
  • Experience influencing across matrixed organizations and managing complex, multi-country partner relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to align business models and incentives between CyberArk and partner organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills

  • Partner Co-Sell Alignment: Collaborate with GSI business units, services leadership, and CyberArk field sales teams to define joint success plans, sales plays, and service design models.
  • Service Plan Ownership: Help GSIs develop and own the service layer—positioning CyberArk as the foundational component of their security services, especially in PAM, IGA, and machine identity.
