ROLE OVERVIEW:
As an MSP Sales Engineer (SE), you will partner with MSP Channel Development Managers (CDMs) to recruit and onboard net new transacting MSPs globally within assigned territories. This is a senior, field-based technical presales role requiring deep expertise in MSP ecosystems and a consultative approach to support CDMs in prospecting, demoing, and closing new MSP partnerships. You will leverage your technical and sales acumen to showcase IRONSCALES’ solutions, handle objections, and ensure seamless handoffs to post-sales Partner Success Managers (PSMs). Multi-lingual candidates with fluency in additional EMEA languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish) are highly preferred.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
