Role Overview
We’re seeking a Security Specialist with experience in CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce) to join our MSP team. You’ll be responsible for assessing, securing, and optimizing CRM environments for our clients, ensuring compliance and resilience against threats.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct CRM security audits and risk assessments
· Review access controls, data encryption, and integration security
· Implement and monitor security policies across client environments
· Collaborate with CRM admins and developers to ensure secure configurations
· Respond to incidents and perform forensic analysis when needed
· Prepare detailed reports and executive summaries for clients
· Stay current with compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001)
Required Skills & Experience
· 3+ years in cybersecurity or IT security roles
· Experience with CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot)
· Familiarity with MSP environments and client-facing work
· Strong understanding of identity & access management (IAM)
· Knowledge of SIEM tools, endpoint protection, and cloud security
· Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred Certifications
· CISSP, CISA, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
· Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
· Salesforce Security & Privacy Certification (if applicable)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
