Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Detail-oriented with proven troubleshooting ability.
Preferred: Experience with medical IT, Microsoft and CompTIA certifications, SonicWall firewalls.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

5 years in computer networking.
3 years with VMware or Hyper-V.
3 years AWS/Azure administration.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a skilled MSP Systems Administrator (Level 2) to join our team onsite in Dumfries, VA. In this role, you’ll manage and support client networks, servers, and cloud environments, ensuring performance, security, and reliability. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working directly with clients and our internal team to deliver top-tier IT service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Resolve Help Desk tickets promptly and professionally.
Manage and support client network platforms, servers, and workstations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot networking and infrastructure issues.
Monitor and maintain server, backup, and cloud environments.
Perform preventative maintenance and apply security updates.
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
Document technical procedures, create user guides, and develop network diagrams.
Support new client onboarding by gathering critical environment data.
Assist with client projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring client requirements are met.
