Headquartered in Brampton, ON, we are seeking full-time MSP Technical Sales Executives to expand our team across the Greater Toronto Area. These roles include a competitive base salary plus commissions.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for managed services and technical solutions.
  • Identify, develop, and qualify sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and networking.
  • Lead consultative sales engagements to uncover client business needs in areas such as cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and unified communications.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with decision makers at all organizational levels.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, solution designs, and presentations for prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to scope, price, and deliver service solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts.
  • Contribute feedback on service offerings, market trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Support post-sales activities in coordination with the Service Delivery team to ensure customer success.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B solution sales experience in IT, MSP, or technology services.
  • Familiarity with managed services, cloud platforms, security solutions, and IT infrastructure.
  • Experience with sales cycles of 2–6 months in complex solution environments.
  • Post-secondary education in business, technology, or marketing is an asset.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

  • Energetic, self-motivated hunter with a passion for technology and business problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to close new business and consistently exceed quota.
  • Strong grasp of consultative/solution selling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with executives and technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage sales funnels and pipelines effectively.
  • Knowledge of MSP offerings, IT solutions, and cybersecurity trends.
