(Saudi National Only) Grade: 7 Location: Taif Advert closing: 11/12/2025 Working Hour : Full Time Responsibilities • Responsible for the smooth running of the Squadron Operations room and surrounding environment. • Ensure that Mission data and debrief data is correctly prepared. • Ensure all Flight Planning boards and activities for MSS Mission Planning support are controlled and maintained. • Support the Saudisation process through the OJT and consolidation training of assigned RSAF technicians • Support the company SHE policy through best practice within the work centre. • Completing any other reasonable duties or requests that are made by your line management. • Deputising for the Supervisor during periods of leave/absence to ensure operational capability is not compromised.. Job Requirements: • Must be educated to HNC level or recognised equivalent or have relevant experience supported by formal, recorded workplace applied related training. • Must have completed 5+ years within a high tempo military squadron operations environment. • Must have Operations and Mission Support knowledge (5+ years in a Squadron Operations role) including an understanding of mission planning support, flying programme maintenance and debriefing support. • 5 years experience in a Squadron Operations supervisory role. • Previous experience in delivering On the Job training to subordinates or counterparts. • Broad aerospace and defence company/industry knowledge. • An understanding of RAF and /or RSAF engineering operating procedures. • Ex military with experience serving on an operational military flying unit. • Must have attained experience working in a military aircraft maintenance environment. • Thorough working knowledge of Squadron Operations and Mission Support. (Typhoon MSS preferable) • Experience of working in the aviation industry in a Gulf Coast Country preferred. • The ability to act upon his own initiative within the scope of his job. • A conscientious approach to work and meticulous attention to detail is also required. • A track record of meeting strict deadlines without compromising standards and quality. • Excellent working knowledge of flying performance metrication and a solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
