Drive the strategy, development and project mgmt. for critical MSWC strategic initiatives (e.g., new service offerings, asset growth opportunities, process enhancements) Daily oversight of the MSWC team based in India, including various business and risk analysts, digital marketing AVP and the MSWC UAT team. Assist with data analytics and metrics reporting, enhancements to policies and procedures and other responsibilities under the COO (e.g. invoice processing, Travel & Expenses, entitlements, etc) Drive ad hoc projects and remediations Identify, evaluate, and execute operational improvement opportunities across strategic initiatives Assist in breaking down complex initiatives into discrete work streams aligned to strategic goals Liaise and collaborate with key partners across other groups within wealth management (Product, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Technology, etc) to ensure seamless execution of initiatives Be results oriented and quickly turn around high-quality work in a fast paced environment 3-5 years of overall professional experience required, preferably in consulting, financial services, wealth management and/or business strategy & management Strong track record of academic and professional excellence and achievement Self-starter who will take initiative, learn quickly and work independently High level of attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and superior PowerPoint skills High degree of professionalism, positive attitude, and good judgment Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-moving environment Ability to provide impactful business solutions and apply critical thinking to all tasks Desire to understand the MSWC business and the different needs of the Canadian financial industry, client and advisor Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
