REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Miro).
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
  • Dynamic and detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of business process modeling techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience creating and executing unit test plans.

Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering: Work collaboratively with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the IT team.
  • Reporting: Independently authors and develops clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Confirms assumptions and the recommended approach with Architects, Technical Product Owner, Business SMEs and Solution managers.
  • Wireframe Development: Design and create detailed wireframes to visually represent user interfaces and workflows, ensuring alignment with business requirements and user needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and provide strategic solutions. Partners with other team members, MSP (Managed Service Partners) and McKesson IT stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of service changes.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Project Management: Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends and benchmark company performance against competitors.
  • Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for the business
  • Plays a key role in resolving issues that require a cross-functional solution; facilitate sharing of best practices on customer service
  • Has decision-making authority and autonomy to deliver goals of project as applicable; and resolve conflicts in an effective manner
  • Create and document the test strategy and plan for all part of the system (Acceptance Criterias)
  • Contribute to test cases creation, participate in the actual testing, and document the test results
