Prepares production, personnel, and quality reports to achieve production goals. Establishes operating policies and procedures to achieve production schedules, product standards, and operational costs. Production line management and resource arrangement. Operation scheduling and lot tracing. Manufacturing KPI maintain(Product on time delivery, Utilization, Quality, Cycle time, Cost, Team morale. Leading or coordinate of department project. Abnormal event analysis and improvement.

Responsibilities

The supervisor prepares production, personnel, and quality reports to achieve production goals and establishes operating policies and procedures. They are responsible for production line management, resource arrangement, and leading departmental projects.
