This position is central to the missionaries' role to 'Invite others to come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end.' The incumbent will assist the manager in administrative and training functions for 80-160 teachers and supervise the area’s training specialists and language tutors. This person will also work closely with the division's managers, supervisors, and teachers to assist in the effort of ensuring the proper training of missionaries and teachers.  Church employees find joy and satisfaction in using their unique talents and abilities to further the Lord’s work.
