Job Description Process and monitor customer orders in SAP. Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints within SLA. Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance for timely deliveries. Maintain accurate records and prepare service reports. Participate in training and contribute to process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Supply Chain) or related field. Fresh graduate or up to one (1) year of relevant internship/experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
