Job Description Job Summary: Support logistics operations including shipment coordination, inventory management, transportation, and documentation, while gaining hands-on experience to prepare for future leadership roles in supply chain. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing inbound/outbound shipments. Coordinate with warehouse for stock availability and accurate dispatches. Track deliveries and liaise with transport vendors. Maintain shipping, delivery, and compliance documentation. Prepare logistics performance reports and suggest process improvements. Qualifications Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations (manufacturing industry preferred) Knowledge of logistics and supply chain concepts. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems will be an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and analytical thinking. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Team player with eagerness to learn and adapt.
