Description

Provide technical leadership to the Pricing Live Support team and timely feedback on process/procedural improvements and to improve operational efficiencies. Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug Java software applications utilizing knowledge of Java JEE stack, SQL, DevOps tools and methodologies, and SRE practices. Ensure FPP (Full Packaged Product) application health with expected availability and quality SLAs (Service Level Agreements). Collaborate with and drive tier II groups, L3, Product Development, Batch Operations/Job Scheduling, DBAs, SAs, DevOps, SRE, etc., to diagnose complex software problems and drive resolution as quickly as possible. Develop automated tests and deliver high-quality software code to production within a short development cycle in the continuous integration and delivery environment. Experience in Linux system administration and maintenance (6 years). Experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Networking systems (5 years). Experience in Oracle-SQL for database development, query optimization, and performance turning (5 years). Experience in DNS protocols and infrastructure, including practical experience (5 years). Experience in load balancing and application delivery using F5, Big-IP, LTM/GTM, and NetScaler (5 years). Experience in log analysis using Splunk and Grafana, and other monitoring tools (5 years). Experience in performance monitoring across systems using tools such as Nagios and Grafana (5 years). Experience in containerization using tools such as Docker (5 years). Experience in virtualization technologies, including VMware (5 years). Experience in configuration management using tools such as Puppet (4 years).
