Description

Job Duties: Design and develop highly scalable and available applications for mission-critical systems. Work with product management to design or simplify APIs. Design, develop and maintain client-side and server-side software components including Web, REST APIs, GraphQL Api, real-time systems and batches. Partial telecommuting permitted from within a commutable distance. Minimum Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a closely related field plus three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a closely related field plus five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Mentor and coach engineers on technology and engineering aspects. Experience designing and developing large-scale software applications using Object-Oriented Design and Java (3 years); Experience with Design Patterns, MVC and frameworks including Spring and Spring Boot. Experience in scalable API development (3 years); Experience in CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deploying the code (3 years); Experience with NOSQL database, access patterns and complex query formation (3 years); Experience in source code management tools like Github. Experience with cloud application development. EOE, including disability/vets. Salary: $187,741-$270,500 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The total compensation for this position includes standard company benefits and is based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills and experience.
