Description
Establish and optimize process conditions and technologies to enhance capability and reduce cost. Drive process management projects and introduce new technologies and Best Known Methods (BKM). Evaluate and introduce new equipment/ functionality through demo, H2H, and TOR evaluation processes. Lead problem-solving analysis and corrective actions in top-level task force to ensure rapid recovery for issues and root cause resolution. Collaborate with global peers (HVM/TD) to align strategies and technology roadmaps. Manage cross-functional resources to close technical gaps and drive project execution. Provide technical leadership and strategic direction to the team and cross-functional partners. Actively share knowledge and mentor team members to support their technical growth. Influence key decisions within the department and foster a culture of innovation & patent. Establish and optimize business processes to meet program expectations and standards. Track and analyze Fab performance metrics for benchmarking and improvement. Collaborate with TD and Global Procurement to drive supplier competitiveness and cost optimization. Technical expertise: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Diffusion process development, preferably in DRAM or advanced memory technologies. Project leadership: Proven skills in leading complex technical projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. Ability to drive cross-functional technical teams and successfully complete of complex projects. Communication skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including influencing and motivating. Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-functional, multi-cultural teams. Innovation: Track record of providing innovative solutions Mentoring: Actively share knowledge and mentor team members to support their technical growth.
