Description
Establish and optimize contamination control processes and technologies to enhance detection capability and reduce cost. Drive defense strategies for AMC, metals, and particles, introducing new technologies and Best Known Methods (BKMs). Lead FOUP classification and cross-contamination prevention programs, including Sorter/N2LP/Washer equipment management. Evaluate and introduce new equipment and functionalities through demo, head-to-head (H2H), and TOR processes. Continuously improve detection systems and methods (e.g., QT/AMC control strategy) to accelerate learning cycles and support yield improvement. Collaborate with global manufacturing (HVM), technology development (TD), and suppliers to align contamination control technology roadmaps. Manage cross-functional resources to resolve technical gaps and drive project execution. Actively participate in and contribute to the KEG (Knowledge Exchange Group) community to promote cross-site technology alignment. Influence DOC2/TOR specifications to incorporate HVM pain points for improvement. Provide technical leadership and strategic direction to the team, fostering technical growth and a culture of innovation. Establish and optimize business processes to meet program standards and expectations. Track and analyze Fab performance metrics for benchmarking and continuous improvement. Collaborate with TD and Global Procurement to enhance supplier competitiveness and cost optimization. Master's or PhD's degree in Chemistry and Chemistry Engineering in over 10 years of relevant experience. Solid background in contamination control, AMC, FOUP management, and material defense strategies. Proven ability to solve complex problems across departments and effectively utilize resources to drive actions. Strong English communication skills and ability to lead and coordinate global teams across cultures and time zones. Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain strong relationships with peers and cross-functional teams including Process Integration Engineering, Quality Systems, Production Operations Management, and Procurement.
