As F11 Facilities Process System GCS Manager, you will be responsible for system engineering and predictive and preventative maintenance of chemical systems and manage the overall shift operation of all chemical facility systems in Taiwan Taoyuan site. You provide strategic and tactical leadership, and technical guidance to provide reliable, sustainable and competitive facilities operation system for fab production and business success. Responsibilities and Tasks System Engineering Demonstrate the ability to initiate, plan, execute, and complete Facilities projects. Manage area-specific procedures and documentation. Expand capacity in accordance with process roadmap and business need. Establish area budgets and manage all costs associated with project activities. Establish regular onsite walks to identify opportunities for improvement. Continually benchmark Micron and industry best practices in developing a world-class execution. Develop business relationships with contractors which provide service to Facilities. Predictive and Preventative Maintenance Demonstrate the ability to schedule and facilitate execution for required PM activities. Promote area-specific procedures and documentation. Establish area budgets and manage all costs associated with maintenance activities. Utilize metrics to evaluate current and past performance. Implement regular onsite walks to identify opportunities for improvement. Facilitate regular studies on redundancy, spare part needs, and PM effectiveness to reduce expenditures and increase reliability. Continually benchmark Micron and industry best practices in developing a world-class execution. Develop business relationships with contractors which provide service to Facilities. Shift Operation Provide operations to system engineering teams and ensure that operation systems meet specifications and compliance. Provide immediate problem-solving to mitigate production impact and interruption. Work with system engineers to set operation procedures and set training packages for the operation team. Promote constructive feedback to system engineering and maintenance teams on system design, maintenance, and operations. Technology Innovation Engage suppliers to explore the most advanced FAC strategies, technologies, and systems for competitiveness. Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security Follow safety and environmental procedures to ensure that there’re no non-compliance issues to applicable codes/regulations. Take the necessary discipline to ensure no incidents of personal injuries, safety hazards, or environmental pollution. Cost Reduction Spend limited budget for a reliable, sustainable, and competitive facilities operation system and become cost BiC. Provide a transparent and precise cashflow projection in every funding/expense forecast cycle. Review cost reduction opportunities according to top-down target as well as cost BiC. Team Building Care and develop team members’ performance, capability, engagement, and aspiration. And cultivate Micron core values inside department. Conduct the reach performance activities, which have clear job responsibilities, performance/development objectives, quarterly check-in, annual performance rating and ranking, PSP. Create successor plans, training programs, and career development. Increase productivity by workload reduction and balance, operation efficiency improvement, and OT management. Qualifications 10 years’ experience in Facilities with a minimum of 5 years in system engineer & system managerial role. Strong interpersonal skills set, ensuring clear and sound communication. Self-motivated and driven. Capable of compiling executive level reports and presentation materials. Meeting and Presentation Skills Program and Project management experience.
