Description

All camps share a common purpose: creating an environment where Young Life staff bring Christ to life by creatively presenting the complete gospel of Jesus Christ. Speaking clearly from the Scriptures, camp speakers introduce kids to the person of Christ, the nature of humanity, the work of Christ on the cross, the hope of the resurrection and the opportunity for reconciliation with God.
Young Life requires all employees to sign a Statement of Faith. We recommend you read this statement before applying for any position.
RANCH ASSISTANTSummary:
Core ValuesWe exist to create a place where lives are changed by Christ. Our faith, family and relationships with others come first. We have an environment that creates a healthy balance between faith, family and work. We are transparent, honest, trustworthy, loyal, fair, impactful, meaningful, deep, reliable and show love and respect to all we meet. We are an honest ranch; a part of our community. We are open-minded, always looking to be more innovative. We steward the land, livestock, wildlife and water to the best of our abilities; pursuing and maximizing the perfect resources that God created. We are financially sustainable through livestock, hay, restoration and outdoor adventures. We are an industry leader with abundant and diverse range supporting wildlife and one of the best cow herds in the country. We practice and pass on western traditions. Outdoor adventures are done with excellence so that Christ’s love can be portrayed through abundant wildlife, relationships, words and unspoken actions. Through these outdoor adventures we not only impact lives but also create partners to reach kids for Christ. Our legacy is seen through everything we do with the hope that a broad understanding of what we do and why we do it is passed on to all we come in contact with.
