Our team is known for hard work, reliability, and delivering top-quality results. As demand grows, we’re looking for another strong, motivated team member to join us.
About the Role
This is a physical, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be operating our mulch blowing equipment, driving the truck, and working closely with the crew to get the job done. Some days are on the shovel, other days will be on the hose. For the right person, there’s also the opportunity to step into a leadership role as we are expanding and will be needing someone in a managerial/leadership role.
We’re after someone reliable, fit, and willing to get stuck in. If you’ve got a strong work ethic and enjoy being outdoors, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate mulch pumping/blowing equipment on job sites
• Drive the truck (MR licence is required)
• Work alongside the team to complete mulch jobs
• Keep equipment clean and maintained
• Leave job sites tidy and professional - being low impact is a key seller for us
• Follow WHS standards and company procedures
• Potential for the right candidate to step into a leadership role to run a crew.

What We’re Looking For

• MR (Heavy Rigid) driver’s licence – must have
• Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor labour
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Great attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work both in a team and independently (Initiative is a must)
• Strong communication skills with clients and co-workers
