Position Overview:
The MuleSoft Architect will be responsible for designing and developing integration solutions using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform. This role requires a deep understanding of integration architecture, hands-on development experience, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect integration solutions using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform.
  • Develop, test, and deploy integration solutions, ensuring they meet performance and scalability requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Lead and mentor a team of MuleSoft developers, providing guidance and best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest MuleSoft features and industry trends to continuously improve integration solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for integration solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a MuleSoft Architect with hands-on development experience.
  • Strong understanding of integration architecture and design patterns.
  • Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, CloudHub, and DataWeave.
  • Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services.
  • Knowledge of various integration patterns and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • MuleSoft certification (MuleSoft Certified Developer, MuleSoft Certified Architect) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other integration platforms and tools.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
