Company Description Job Description Role: MuleSoft Architect (Salesforce Integration) Duration: Long Term Location: Charlotte, NC- Hybrid Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled MuleSoft Architect with proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce integration solutions. The ideal candidate will lead API-led connectivity architecture, ensure scalability and performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade integration solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and architect end-to-end integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Develop and implement integration strategies between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, Databases, etc.). Define API-led architecture, including Experience, Process, and System APIs. Ensure integration solutions adhere to security, performance, and scalability standards. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on MuleSoft best practices. Collaborate with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and solution architects to ensure seamless integration. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of integration solutions. Document architecture, design patterns, and integration flows. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in MuleSoft design and development. Strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and CloudHub. Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) using MuleSoft connectors. Proficiency in API design (RAML, REST, SOAP) and DataWeave transformations. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and API security (OAuth, JWT, etc.). MuleSoft Certified Architect or Developer certification preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns, Lightning Platform, and Apex is a plus. Nice to Have: Experience with other integration platforms or middleware tools. Knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud integration and microservices architecture.
