  • You have extensive experience working within an Agile/DevOps environment;
  • You have demonstrable practical experience with MuleSoft;
  • You have experience developing, managing, and improving business-critical integration solutions;
  • You can collaborate both independently and across teams with engineers, architects, Product Owners, security specialists, and suppliers, among others;
  • You have an eye for reliability, availability, security, and recoverability;
  • You think in terms of standardization and reusability and avoid one-off solutions wherever possible;
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can foresee the impact of technical choices;
  • You can explain complex technical subjects clearly and enjoy sharing knowledge with others.
