Duties and responsibilities include:

• Support the development of interactive resources (offline and online) that may include motion graphics, animation (2D/3D), video and photo, graphic and illustrations and etc. for primary and secondary schools’ students.
• Plan and design storyboard
• Maintain hardware for multimedia art

Personnel may be redeployed for up to 10 working days in a calendar year to perform administrative duties to support branch-wide activities.

The candidate shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Diploma in multimedia design or related areas and
• At least 3 months of experience in creating multimedia learning resources using digital tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe AfterEffects
