Job Description Participate in the hiring and training of brands' store-level and middle-management positions. Organizes and oversees the work and schedules of Branch Personnel. Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed in accordance with company policy. Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated, and identifies opportunities for improvements. Review analyzes, and evaluate business procedures. Ensures the work environment is adequate and safe. Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations. Oversees sales activities, purchasing, and inventory, ensuring each is reaching its goals set by leadership. Plans, directs, controls, implements, evaluates, monitors, and forecast budget and cost of sales in each brand to achieve financial objectives. Communicates and explain new directives, policies, or procedures to the Branch Personnel. Improves customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes. Leads Coordination and integration of efforts among operations and other departments. Project a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Business Administration is an advantage Graduate of Business Administration or any 4-year course similar or related to the former. At least 5 years of Operations Leadership Experience in the same or related position. \ Extensive and diversified background in related experience. Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in business and finance. Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Superior managerial and diplomacy skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
