Description
Serves as a multi-functional member of the patient care team under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Support the RN staff through regularly organizing and facilitating basic patient care activities, unit secretary functions, performing 12 lead EKG’s, and functioning as a Monitor Tech. Accurately and promptly communicate with the nursing staff, patient, family, and patient care team as required. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Licensure and Certifications: Must be licensed in the state of Georgia as a C.N.A., Medical Assistant, or EMT.
