Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promoting the brand and services online to attract new customers and grow our reach
  • Running our social media platforms, Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok, with engaging, on-brand content
  • Assisting in planning and running effective pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns
  • Helping to maintain, update and improve our company website for better performance and user experience
  • Producing a range of content, from videos and photos to social media posts and social media content
  • Creating impactful mailshots for key campaigns and events
  • Improving our SEO to enhance online visibility through keyword research, meta tags, and structured content
  • Analysing and reporting on the success of digital campaigns, working closely with the Management team to track results
  • Conducting market and competitor research to inform strategy
  • Staying on top of trends and proactively suggesting new ideas, platforms, or tools we should explore
  • Managing and maintaining data in our CRM system and marketing lists.
  • Supporting broader admin and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • Working closely with an external marketing agency to develop the company’s marketing strategy.
