Role: Multi-Channel Marketing apprentice
Location: Watford, WD17
Salary: £7.55 per hour
Hours: Mon – Fri, 9am-5pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the planning, creation and publication of engaging content across digital channels, including social media, newsletters, website and email marketing.
  • Assist with the development of written content tailored to different audiences.
  • Help collect, edit and organise photos, videos and other visual content, ensuring records are GDPR compliant.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Support with the creation of posters, flyers and branded materials, using templates and design tools.
  • Assist in the planning and promotion of events such as staff conferences, community outreach days and awareness campaigns.
  • Provide support with marketing administration tasks, including managing inbox queries, processing invoices, ordering merchandise, and keeping content libraries up to date.
  • Pull basic performance analytics from social platforms and support campaign reporting.
  • Collaborate with teams to maintain an annual content calendar and amplify local successes.
  • Carry out other reasonable marketing support activities as required.
