Role: Mukti-Channel Marketing apprentice
Location: Daventry, NN11 8YJ
Salary: £8.50/hour rising to £9.50/hour after 6 months
Hours: 37.5 , Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create great content that contributes to the plan: short-form video, product pages, content, blog posts, landing pages, ads, emails, etc.
  • Create engaging content: short-form video, product photography and cataloguing, how-to guides, UGC briefs.
  • Engage our customers where they are to build a community: Social Media: e.g. YT Shorts, TikTok, IG, FB, Reddit, Discord, Forums.
  • Contribute to the growth plan: understand and contribute to the short, medium and long-term goals of the company and its respective partners.
  • Work with our creator/affiliates program with sim-racing YouTubers and streamers.
  • Work with our international partners on localising content and researching/creating market specific assets.
  • Analyse automation lifecycle: review and improve automation flows (welcome, post-purchase, abandon, campaign-specific), in order to increase key metrics across the business.
  • Build paid marketing campaigns: Google Shopping/Search + Meta retargeting, with small-scale creative testing.
  • Improve the store: iterate PDPs, bundles, reviews, and run lightweight CRO tests on Shopify.
  • Drive organic with SEO content, technical hygiene, and link/PR opportunities.
  • Measure & report: Analyse and build narratives for discussion/review on GA4/Ads/Marketing dashboards; share weekly results & next actions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • An enthusiasm for hands-on e-commerce/DTC/B2B marketing.
  • A curious mindset that is as interested in the analytics/research (both quantitative and qualitative) as you are for being creative
  • Strong copy and visuals; comfortable producing “great enough” assets for us and our partners.
  • Good technical understanding and appreciation of marketing technologies with a willingness to learn (i.e. Shopify, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email tools)
  • Bonus: light video editing (CapCut), interest in sim-racing/gaming.
