Description We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled Multi-Craft Technician to support project needs across multiple disciplines, including scaffolding, insulation, painting, and abatement. This role requires the ability to transition smoothly between craft functions based on project priorities, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of work. The ideal candidate is adaptable, safety-focused, and committed to maintaining all required certifications and training for assigned crafts. Flexibility with scheduling and task assignment is essential to support workforce optimization and overall project success. Requirements Job Responsibilities: Perform multi-craft field work, including scaffolding, insulation, painting, and abatement. Transition between craft scopes based on project demand, priorities, and schedule shifts. Maintain all required certifications, training, and qualifications for each assigned discipline. Execute work according to safety standards, procedures, and best practices across all crafts. Support schedule flexibility, adjusting tasks and priorities to enhance productivity and workforce efficiency. Communicate effectively with supervisors and craft teams to ensure alignment with daily work plans. Qualifications Proven experience in at least two or more of the following: scaffolding, insulation, painting, abatement. Ability to read and follow work instructions, permits, and safety guidelines. Strong understanding of jobsite safety and craft-specific hazard identification. Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks in various weather and site conditions. Valid certifications for applicable crafts (e.g., scaffolding, abatement, industrial coatings) or willingness to obtain/maintain them. Demonstrated flexibility and reliability in supporting dynamic project #PMI03
