Description

Bristol Sinks is seeking a versatile, motivated individual to join our Calgary team in a dual-role position that supports both the office and warehouse equally as both an Office Assistant and Warehouse Associate. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn all aspects of a growing business. Responsibilities will shift based on daily operational demands and departmental priorities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, warehouse, or hybrid support role (would be an asset)
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle shifting priorities
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with warehouse tasks including packing, stocking, and equipment handling
  • Ability to coordinate incoming containers, while ensuring accuracy and proper storage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.); QuickBooks experience preferred
  • Clear, professional communication in person and via email
